Altitude is our most premium wine. It is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, which has been aged for 21 months in 30% new French oak giving it a very rich and full mouthfeel. This is definitely one for the cellar. Or, if you just can't wait, we recommend decanting it for an hour or two before enjoying, you'll be glad you did!
Nose: cedar, black currant, tobacco leaf, chocolate, graphite
Palate: cola, black cherry, clove, red currant, plum, pomegranate
