Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is always a favorite for customers, wine writers and judges. It is also our Winemaker's favorite. It is bold and dark and a perfect pairing with our King Cole blue cheese. The grapes for this wine were sourced entirely from our sustainably farmed, hand-picked vineyard.
Nose: black currant, graphite, black cherry, chocolate
Palate: cassis, plum, sarsaparilla, red currant, clove
